  • and more.

Board members must avoid conflicts of interest and agree to follow the Board’s Code of Conduct.

The Board meets once a month, usually at 7 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month. The Board has met mostly via Zoom in recent years but will meet in person from time to time.
