Camping at the August FestivalUtility SitesA limited number of utility sites are available for an additional $120 fee. People who had sites last year have first option and then unreserved sites are offered to those on the waiting list. Utility sites have a variety of hookups available so please be specific during registration. If you had a utility spot last year and wish to reserve it again, you must complete the 2019 Utility Camping Reservation Form online or call 651-456-8919 and use the reservation code you were given. Registrations must be completed and payment received before May 15th, 2019 or your spot will be forfeited. Once a spot is forfeited, you will not have the option to reserve it next year. If you didn't have a site last year but would like one, complete the online Wait List Form to reserve a spot or call 651-456-8919 for assistance. Wait list spots are distributed on a first-come, space available basis. Payment is required at the time of registration on the Wait List but will be refunded if you do not get a spot. Spots will be distributed up to the time of the event. If you have a utility site but cannot attend the festival, please let us know at 651-456-8919 or info@minnesotabluegrass.org so we can make appropriate arrangements. If you request a refund for your site, you will not have first choice to reserve it next year. Due to space restrictions, we are unable to accommodate specific site requests or requests to be placed near specific attendees.
