2023 August Fest Utility Campsite Wait List

This form is for reserving a spot on the waiting list for a utility campsite for the August Festival event at El Rancho Manana in Richmond, MN. This reservation form requires an email address. If you do not have an email address, call 601-651-3694 to register. 

Event tickets are purchased separately at www.minnesotabluegrass.org.

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION CAREFULLY!

• These reservations are for Thursday, Friday and Saturday (August 10-12) NIGHTS ONLY. Reservations for additional nights must be made directly through the campground at 320-597-2740
• Every site is guaranteed 20 amp service. You can request a site with more amps but it is not guaranteed. 
• Only one camper will be allowed on each site and all campers/vehicles will be tagged. Untagged campers will be charged.
• Sites will be assigned from the waiting list in the order they were received as spots become available that fit your rig. 
• You must pay for the site to hold your wait list spot. If you do not get a site, the payment will be refunded. 
• Cost is $140 for the three nights ($130 for members). Payment can be made: 

1. Via credit card using the "Pay Online" option.

2. By choosing the "Invoice Me" option and mailing a check to the address below.  NOTE: Your reservation is NOT COMPLETE until payment is received. Payments not received within 2 weeks will result in a canceled reservation and a forfeited spot in the waiting list.

• Refunds are available until July 1, 2023.
• You will receive your campground assignment by mail or email and you must bring the assignment with you to check in at the campground.
