Payment is required at the time of registration on the Wait List but will be refunded if you do not get a spot. Spots will be distributed up to the time of the event. Refunds for registrant cancellations are available until July 1, 2021.

If you have a utility site but cannot attend the festival, please let us know at 651-456-8919 or info@minnesotabluegrass.org so we can make appropriate arrangements. If you request a refund for your site, you will not have first choice to reserve it next year.

Due to space restrictions, we are unable to accommodate specific site requests or requests to be placed near specific attendees.

Shuttles run frequently from several designated spots at the utility campground to the main stage area and are free of charge for attendees. Shuttle hours are Thursday 5 p.m. - 12 midnight, Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. - 12 midnight, Sunday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Non-Utility Camping

The festival grounds includes hundreds of non-utility sites which are included in a multi-day ticket purchase. For example, a two day ticket (valid Saturday and Sunday) includes non-utility camping for Saturday night. Non-utility sites are available in a variety of designated areas and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Generators are allowed in non-utility sites but please note Old Wash Machine field is a generator free zone where no generator use is allowed at any time. External generators must be labeled as US Forest Service approved.
