Registration is Now Open for Merch Vendors for the 2023 Winter Bluegrass Weekend.
Dates: March 3-5, 2023
Location: Crowne Plaza Minneapolis West (3131 Campus Drive Plymouth MN)
Hall Open: Friday 6-10 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. - 7 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Setup: Friday, March 3rd 4 - 6 p.m., Saturday, March 4th 9 -11 a.m.. Sunday, March 5th, 9-10 a.m.
Cost: $75 for two tables
COVID-19 Precautions: We ask that you do not attend Winter Weekend if you are experiencing illness symptoms or have been recently exposed to COVID-19. If you start to experience symptoms while you are at Winter Weekend, please leave the event as quickly as possible. Thank you for your cooperation in this important matter.
Ticketing: Two weekend tickets included with table purchase. Additional weekend tickets are available for purchase.
Equipment: Tables are standard 6' and space includes two chairs. Electricity is provided upon request at no additional charge but there are a limited number of electric spots available.
Check-In: Vendors will check in at the Registration table to receive badges and space assignment.
Security: Vendor room is monitored during event and locked during off hours.
Expected Attendance: approximately 1500
Payment: can be made online or by check. If paying by check, mail to the address below. Note that registration is NOT complete until payment is received and all payments must be received by February 25, 2023. No refunds.
Vendor Agreement: Please read the attached Vendor Agreement. By signing up to sell at Winter Bluegrass Weekend, you agree to abide by the Agreement.
