Applications are now open for merchandise vendors for the 2023 August Festival
Dates: August 10-13, 2023
Location: El Rancho Manana, Richmond MN
Hours: Thursday - Saturday: 10 a.m. - 11 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Setup: Daily by 9 a.m.
Check-In: Vendors will check in at the Front Gate to receive badges and space assignment.
Expected Attendance: approximately 4000 - all ages, including children
Payment: Can be made online or by check. If paying by check, mail to the address below. Note that registration is NOT complete until payment is received and all payments must be received by August 1, 2023.
Equipment: No equipment or electric is provided. Vendor provides own canopy, table and chairs.
Cost: $100 for a 12x12 ft. space (contact us if more space is needed)
Security: Security is provided by onsite local police but vendor area is not specifically secured.
Load In/Out: Booths must be setup by 12 p.m. Thursday and must be removed between 3 - 5 p.m. on Sunday. Vehicles are only allowed in vendor area before 9 a.m. each day for restocking.
Ticketing: Two weekend tickets and non-utility camping are provided with vendor space. Additional tickets are available for purchase.
